Experience & Expertise
My professional experience spans IT consulting, software implementation, requirements engineering, application management and business process digitalisation across enterprise, international and SME environments.
At the University of Bern, I lead IT services and research systems, with responsibilities covering IT strategy, application management, requirements engineering, digitalisation, process automation and complex system implementations.
My previous experience includes enterprise Identity and Access Management and systems integration at Adnovum, as well as international technical project management and systems implementation at the Universal Postal Union (UPU), a specialised agency of the United Nations.
Alongside these roles, I have extensive hands-on experience with SMEs and retail environments, including web and e-commerce development, POS systems, software implementation and the digitalisation and automation of business processes.
Across my work, the common focus is connecting business requirements with technology and turning them into practical, maintainable solutions.

Rates & Engagement
Projects are scoped individually based on their requirements, complexity and expected duration.
Consulting and development services are available on an hourly or project basis, while ongoing application management can also be arranged as a recurring engagement.
Hourly rates start from CHF 150, excl. VAT.
